🚌 Option 1 — By Bus from Seoul (Recommended for Non-drivers)
- Go to Seoul Central City Terminal (센트럴시티, Gangnam) Take subway Line 3 or 7 to Express Bus Terminal station.
- Take a bus to Taean Bus Terminal (태안공영버스터미널) ~14 departures/day · Journey ~2.5–3 hours · Fare approx. ₩17,000–₩22,000
- Taean Terminal → Korea Flower Park Taxi: approx. ₩15,000–₩20,000 (~20 min). Festival shuttle buses may also run on weekends.
Arrive at the park by 9–10 AM for fewer crowds and the best photos.
🚗 Option 2 — By Car / Rental Car
- From Seoul: ~2 hours by car Take the Seo-haean Expressway (서해안고속도로), exit at Anmyeon IC or Taean IC.
- Navigate to Korea Flower Park Search "코리아플라워파크" on any navigation app.
- Parking is free Large on-site lot — arrive before 9 AM on weekends to get a good spot.

From Daejeon: ~1.5 hours by car via Route 32.
From Incheon Airport: ~2 hours by car — a perfect spring first stop in Korea!
From Busan: ~4 hours by car or bus via Daejeon.
Rent a car at the airport and make this festival your very first stop in Korea — it's a stunning spring welcome!
Peak bloom: April 15–25. Weekday mornings at 9 AM offer crowd-free, vivid backgrounds.
Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Bring a light jacket — coastal Taean can be breezy in early April.
The festival runs even in rain, but sunny days give the best colors and photos. Check the forecast first.
Try jukkumi shabu-shabu (small octopus hot pot) and geukji (spicy crab stew) at restaurants near Mageompo Port — Taean spring specialties!
